ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We will only accept returns on items where the product itself is damaged or defected (not the box it is inside) or if we inadvertently sent you the incorrect item. In this case, you will receive a replacement or if a replacement is not available, store credit will be given.
We do our best to hand pick MINT items, however you may not receive a perfect box or paint job. Please understand that you may receive an item with an imperfect box or paint flaws as we cannot control this. There may be slight imperfections such as shelf-wear or creases from some Store Exclusives. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or return items due to "imperfections" If you seek a perfect paint job and mint box, we recommend shopping at a brick and mortar store. In some cases we may be able to offer replacement boxes for commons that are in stock from the manufacturer.
If an item is damaged from the post office, you may file an insurance claim if you paid for Priority Shipping.
Estimated Shipment Dates
Pre-Order dates are subject to date change WITHOUT notice. The dates supplied are estimates provided by Funko and it's affiliates. Changes in shipment dates from Funko do not warrant a refund or compensation. These dates are an estimation and things do change from time to time. If there are any change in dates, we do our best to update our customers!
Items Damaged Due to Shipping
All Items are packaged well to protect your order and we can double box upon request and for a $5.00 fee. In the event your item is damaged during shipping due to the carrier, we will be unable to provide a refund to you. Please visit your local carrier website to file a claim. All UPS & USPS (Priority Mail) packages are automatically insured up to $50.
Refused Packages & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure the accuracy of your address prior to submitting your order. Packages which are returned due to incorrect addresses and/or refused, will be responsible for a 20% restock fee. Shipping will also not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
All Pre Orders are Paid in full at checkout. We do our best to list the "approximate" month of arrival in the description. Funko rarely has street dates, so the month can change to earlier or later. These can vary due to manufacturing, availability and licensing. This website will be updated accordingly. Once we receive the items we will process for damages, then ship. We do not ship anything other than mint products to our customers. (Unless indicated in description) If Pre-Orders are received damaged, there may be a delay in shipping. On certain occasions we receive bundled items separately. No order shall be fulfilled until every item is in stock. Please make sure you separate orders by estimated release dates if you wish to receive items as they come in stock. In stock items will be held until ALL pre-order items are in stock if they are in the same order.

All cancelled pre-orders and regular orders are subject to MY approval and discretion. If approved a 15% RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE will be assessed and deducted from your refund.
